Safety orientation process documented
Financial & Insurance
Commercial general liability insurance ($2M+ recommended)
Vehicle and equipment insurance current
Professional liability insurance (if applicable)
Bonding capacity confirmed (if required)
Financial references available on request
Experience & Capability
Minimum 3 years of experience in their trade
Demonstrated experience on similar projects
Adequate workforce available for the scope
Equipment and tools sufficient for the work
At least 3 recent client references provided
Administrative
Signed master service agreement on file
Completed vendor registration form
Emergency contact information on file
Payment terms reviewed and agreed
Prompt payment obligations acknowledged
