From pre-qualification to financial close-out. I set up and administer contracts and subcontracts, flow down the prime agreement terms, check insurance, safety and WCB before anyone mobilizes, review invoices against contract rates and track commitments against the budget. I've administered subcontracts up to $5M across four concurrent EPCM projects, so I know where things slip.
Procurement Clean-up & Close-out
Projects wrap up and the paperwork doesn't. Open POs, unsigned change orders, invoices that don't match, documents your client keeps sending back. I sort it out, reconcile every commitment and get the project to a clean financial close - so the relationship with your client stays strong for the next job.
